Hello, One-Day Workshop! Small-group sizing (9-12 participants) and high-quality teaching make this a true V.I.P. experience. This is the perfect day to begin your wellness journey, and learn how to get your health back. You’ll be my “medical students” for the day, and get three hours of engaging, evidence-based information to begin your education in lifestyle medicine and plant-based cooking. (Yes, there will be snacks!)
After a break, you’ll divide into teams and experience Cooking Class (described below) – whip up a plant-based meal to be proud of, then enjoy the buffet with your fellow participants.
Bring an apron, wear comfy shoes, and arrive hungry!
